The Carroll Labor Government is backing regional businesses to grow and create more local jobs, with investment in 10 projects across Victoria.

Minister for Rural and Regional Development Michaela Settle today visited Parwan Industrial Precinct near Bacchus Marsh to announce $15 million in new Trunk Infrastructure Fund projects.

Minister Settle also announced a further $12.5 million for the Trunk Infrastructure Fund, to boost even more businesses and create more regional jobs across the state.

At Parwan, the Carroll Labor Government is upgrading a water pipeline to unlock up to 190 hectares of industrial land for new and expanding businesses.

The project will improve water supply for agribusiness, food processing, manufacturing and logistics businesses, building on the Government's earlier investment in a gas connection.

The upgrades are being delivered with L&G Meats, Honed Projects, Greater Western Water, REEDS Consulting and Moorabool Shire Council.

In Halls Gap, a new sewer pipeline will support local tourism businesses and visitor attractions.

Across the north east, utility upgrades at GV Link Enterprise Park in Mooroopna, Mansfield Enterprise Park and Alpine Commercial Estate in Wangaratta will attract investment and create more local jobs.

In Gippsland, new road connections at Morwell's Icon Industrial Precinct will improve access for businesses.

New sewer infrastructure at Campbells Acres in Bairnsdale will also unlock more industrial land in the state's east.

In Bendigo, upgrades to water, power, sewerage, roads, technology and solar infrastructure will support businesses at Howard Street Industrial Precinct.

New roads and essential services at Gibbins Drive Industrial Estate in Cohuna will unlock more land for local businesses.

On the Bellarine Peninsula, new recycled water infrastructure will support food producers, wineries and tourism businesses around Portarlington.

The Trunk Infrastructure Fund is part of the Carroll Labor Government's Economic Growth Statement, helping regional businesses expand and create more local jobs.

It builds on more than $50 billion invested in regional Victoria over the past decade, supporting jobs, local businesses and stronger communities.
