The Minister for Planning, Richard Wynne, yesterday underwent surgery following a coronary condition.
Mr Wynne’s surgeon has advised that the surgery was successful.
Mr Wynne will take temporary leave during his recovery.
Cath and I wish him well for his recovery.
The Minister for Finance will be Acting Minister for Planning until further notice.
