Congratulations to Michelle Cowan for joining the coaching staff at @melbournefc.
Michelle is the second woman to be appointed to an @AFL coaching role, after Peta Searle joined St Kilda in 2014.
As a father of a young woman who loves sport, I'm so proud to see great role models like Michelle and Peta. We need more.
