Twelve months ago, I said our Government would be inclusive and decisive.

This document details what we have done since then to put those words into action.

What it shows is that the past year has been a year of action during which a great deal has been achieved.

However, the actions taken in past year are just the beginning.

There is much more to be done if we are to secure our future productivity, sustainability and liveability and make Victoria the best place in Australia in which to live, work, invest and raise a family.

That's why the next decade needs to be a decade of action.
