Minister for Planning Matthew Guy has today approved Melbourne’s tallest ‘skinny tower’ at 54-56 Clarke Street, Southbank. 
 
Work has begun to transform the Docklands waterfront, including the demolition of aging old wharves on Harbour Esplanade, as part of a $16 million dollar package of works by Places Victoria to prepare the waterfront area for redevelopment.
