1.In the Melbourne Region the unemployment rate has fallen from 6.4% in October 1999 to 4.6% in February 2008.
2.Invest $10.5 million in Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE, Epping Campus.
3.Building a new Melbourne Convention Centre.
4.Ensuring Victoria's AAA credit rating.
5.Across Victoria creating an additional 4,500 pre-apprenticeship places.
6.Deliver Budget operating surplus of at least $100 million each year.
